An travel ad created for Mt. Rainer in WA.

Katakanas used in this ad are mostly loanwords "jungle" and "west coast", as well as names for foreign places such as "America" and Washington".

  1. This a very pretty and professional looking ad! I love the picture you used. I wonder if ジャングル is a common word or if they typically use another word native to Japanese.

    1. Thanks for the comment! I think jungle in kanji is 熱帯雨林(ねったいうりん), which is rather a scientific word for most Japanese people. That's why i use ジャングル, which sounds more common.

I took that photo during my trip to the west coast this summer! I am glad u like it! :D

  2. That IS a heck of a photo! Very nice. I like the word choice for "rain-forest here." I almost recognize one of those kanji in it... it looks like the electricity kanji, but not quite. Anyway, very nice looking ad. :)
